By creating an account or using any service on the ph93 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. By accessing the ph93 Platform or creating an Account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the ph93 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph93 Platform and may not create or maintain an Account. ph93 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3.1 Age Requirement. The ph93 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older in accordance with PAGCOR's regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. ph93 employs mandatory age verification procedures and will suspend any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. Any Funds deposited to an underage Account will be returned in full after administrative processing.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ph93 Platform is operated and regulated for use within the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation under applicable local laws. ph93 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside those covered by its PAGCOR license.
3.3 One Account per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph93 Account. The creation of duplicate Accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all Funds held across all Accounts and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
3.4 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a government-issued identification document for KYC purposes. ph93 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where verification cannot be completed.
4.1 Credential Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication (OTP) codes. ph93 is not liable for any unauthorized access to an Account resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. Players must notify ph93 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their Account. Contact ph93 support via live chat at [email protected]. ph93 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.
4.3 Account Non-Transferability. ph93 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, or assign their Account or any Funds therein to any third party. ph93 Accounts may not be used as collateral for any debt or obligation.
4.4 Accurate Personal Data. Players must promptly update their Account information if any registered details change, particularly their contact mobile number. ph93 communicates security alerts, OTPs, and withdrawal confirmations via the registered mobile number on file.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph93 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as updated and listed on the Platform from time to time.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. ph93 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply transaction charges outside ph93's control.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made by Players who have completed KYC verification, have no pending bonus wagering requirements on the relevant Funds, and have complied with all anti-money laundering obligations. ph93 targets a 15-minute processing window for GCash withdrawals, subject to volume and security review queues.
5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. To comply with AML regulations, ph93 will generally process withdrawals using the same payment method and channel used for deposit. ph93 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds.
5.5 Currency. All ph93 Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph93 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by ph93 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. These terms are communicated at the point of offer and on the relevant promotional page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus Funds amount, not the total Account Balance, unless a promotion expressly specifies otherwise.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ph93 employs automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses via multiple Accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, hedging wagers to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusion. Detection of bonus abuse entitles ph93 to void all related Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.4 ph93 Discretion. ph93 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of bonus acceptance.
7.1 Certified RNG. All ph93 casino games that use a random number generator (RNG) are independently certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Certification documentation is available upon request.
7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live casino table games on the ph93 Platform are operated in real time by professional dealers. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing processes and are not subject to ph93 software manipulation. Players accept that live game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error — including disconnection during an active wager, software malfunction, or display error — ph93 will investigate the affected session log and, where the error is attributable to the Platform, will credit the Player's Account with the fair resolution amount. Game results produced by manifest software errors are void. ph93 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
7.4 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits. All ph93 games display current minimum and maximum bet limits at the point of play. ph93 may modify bet limits at any time. VIP table limits are governed by the terms applicable to the Player's VIP tier.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph93 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
All content on the ph93 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of ph93 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph93 Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment. No other rights are granted. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph93 content without express prior written consent.
10.1 Service Availability. ph93 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform access. ph93 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
10.2 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph93's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. ph93 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the ph93 Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.4 Player's Own Risk. Gambling involves financial risk. Players acknowledge that they participate in casino games and sports wagering voluntarily and at their own financial risk. ph93 does not guarantee that any Player will profit from their use of the Platform.

12.1 ph93 Right to Suspend. ph93 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where ph93 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; or (d) a self-exclusion request has been received.
12.2 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, any validated Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements or Funds under AML hold) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting ph93 support. Players who have activated responsible gaming self-exclusion may not reopen an Account during the exclusion period, regardless of any subsequent request.
ph93 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication at ph93.app/terms-conditions. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, withdrawal procedures, or dispute resolution processes — ph93 will provide at least 7 days' notice via the email address or mobile number registered to the Player's Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the ph93 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Regulatory Authority. ph93 operates under PAGCOR's licensing and regulatory framework. Complaints that cannot be resolved through ph93's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory review. ph93 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
14.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. Players with a dispute are requested to first contact ph93 support via live chat or at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. ph93 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
